This policy explains what information we collect when you contact AI SEO Recovery, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
AI SEO Recovery is a founder-led technical SEO practice operated by Sailesh Giri. We provide SEO diagnosis, recovery and advisory services. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to share:
- Contact details you give us via our forms or email — typically your name, email address, website URL, and a description of what happened.
- Website and analytics data you share so we can diagnose your issue — for example Search Console, Ahrefs, or Bing Webmaster exports.
- Basic technical information from standard server logs (IP address, browser, referring URL) when you visit our site.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide a diagnosis or proposal.
- To deliver SEO recovery work you engage us for.
- To improve our own site and services.
- To meet legal, accounting, or contractual obligations where applicable.
We do not sell your data, use it to train third-party AI models, or send unsolicited marketing email.
Who sees it
Only Sailesh Giri has access to enquiries. Form submissions are delivered by email through Purelymail, and Cloudflare protects the form from spam (Turnstile). Both act as processors under their own privacy terms. We never share your website data with other clients or third parties.
How long we keep it
If we don't take an engagement on, we delete enquiry data within 90 days unless you ask us to keep it. For active and past clients, we retain project data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet record-keeping obligations.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, request correction or deletion, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies and analytics
Our website does not set marketing cookies. Any analytics we run on our own traffic is privacy-respecting and aggregated. We do not use advertising trackers.
External links
Our guides and pages may link to external tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, etc.). Those services have their own policies we don't control.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll change the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage.
